• Daughter: I know!
• Mom: You know what that means right?
• Daughter: Yeah!?!
• Mom: It means that all bets are off.
• Daughter: What is that supposed to mean?
• Mom: It means, you are no longer a child. It means that you can no longer call Child Protective Services.

• Mom: Don't mess up. I am no longer legally obligated to feed, clothe, and house you. And, I can beat you like an adult.
