My Current Project
My apartment. I’m currently in phase one: the purge. I’m throwing away everything I can possibly part with. This includes dozens of 80-page notebooks packed with notes, theories, and diagrams. I used to think they would one day be valuable; now I feel like they need to not exist anymore.
Phase two is buying things like rugs and lamps so it feels like I live in a home. So it feels like I’ve lived here for six months, not six hours.
I am working on purging a 3-story house. So far, I’ve thrown away several reams of useless papers that I printed out because I thought I needed them.
